-We will prepare a table and chairs for you.

-Table measurements: 6’x30’’. 6 feet long and 30 inches deep.

-You can bring a roll up, standard size would be 1,50 meters long and 2m high.

Please send a PDF with your advertisement until October 20th –

The PDF  will be displayed in the APP in a Gallery, like a virtual congress bag, so you can have a PDF describing your company or something the company is working on that could be of interested for the participants.

The PDF should not be bigger than 2MB.

After the last session on the 10th around 5pm.

Pick up of the Badges is possible in the morning of the 8th – Program starts at 8 so from 7am onwards, Badge pick up is possible.

The meeting APP will be the onsite App to see the program, chat with other participants etc.

It will be available shortly before the congress and your logo and company description will also be displayed there.
